We take care of everybody else first, then maybe have a few minutes to ourselves every day. It's not selfish to take some time for ourselves. Self-care is important. We need to find a little peace to gather ourselves.

We need to make time for ourselves so we don't burn out. Whether it's a 15-minute meditation, a nice walk, some time with friends, or a long hot soaking bath. We need to prioritize ourselves as we would our family and friends. I know it's not easy. At the end of the day, we are exhausted and need that "Me" time. So how do we find it? Set aside your own private time slot. I have the perfect Foaming Bath Salts to soak away the day. Made with Dead Sea salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Epsom salt, and pure essential oils. Dead Sea salt contains a high concentration of magnesium, potassium, calcium, and bromides. It can help soothe dry or irritated skin. Himalayan Pink Salt can help soothe dry or irritated skin also. Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) may help your muscleshelp soothe dry or itchy skin, calm irritation from conditions like psoriasis or eczema, and gently exfoliate dead skin cells. 20 minutes is recommended for soaking your body.  I've created a self-care line of products that are naturally made and healthy for your skin. When you're done, try my emulsified body butter afterwards; it leaves a moist, lightly scented, and smooth feeling on your skin. My secret recipe uses a coconut binder that helps the water and oils to combine, making it smooth and creamy and ohhh so good.

This change can enrich not just your skin but your spirit, infusing moments of tranquility into your self-care time. Imagine winding down after a long day with fragrant bath salts made with nature-driven ingredients, each curated to give your skin the care it deserves. Think about the pleasure in knowing each component and its source, liberating your routine from mystery ingredients and chemical junk. It's this transparency and connection to nature that brightens your daily rituals, providing a refreshing escape from a market saturated with products that often overwhelm rather than soothe.

Take time out for yourself.  You are worth it. I've come up with a few ideas for you and gift a friend some self-care love. So relax, reset, and rest. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it's refreshing, and it's necessary. Try it!

~Peace, Love, and Light from me to you.
